PLASMA CUTTING
High definition CNC plasma cutting combined with an 8' x 20' table allows us to handle robust projects. All projects are designed and integrated with SolidWorks® state-of-the-art computer aided design software.
Plasma cutting capabilities include carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 20 gauge up to 1.25" in thickness.
FABRICATION
Fabrication capabilities include machining parts, precision milling, lathing materials, drilling parts, bending and rolling plates or tubes, and building custom structural framework.
Our team of highly-qualified fabricators are more than capable of meeting your fabrication needs. Rest assured our products are strong, durable, and look asthetically pleasing.
WELDING
Depending on the needs of the project, we utilize MIG, TIG, and ARC welders. Our team of certified welders are more than capable of producing the level of work you desire.
We take pride in our ability to create solid and strong projects. We also take pride in the asthetics of work and the beads we lay down.
POWDER COATING
New or refurbished products (large or high volume) are powder coated in our 20' x 10' x 8' oven. We have many coatings, textures, and colors to choose from.
Our powder coating capabilities allow us to take projects from start to finish in-house which reduces customer cost and time spent with logistics and project scheduling.
